
The Professor - Marketing is responsible for delivering high-quality education and conducting impactful research in the field of marketing. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the academic environment and contributing to the university's reputation through teaching, curriculum development, and research activities.
The Professor - Marketing role involves daily teaching responsibilities, including designing and developing teaching materials, conducting classes and tutorials, and consulting with students. The position also requires active participation in research activities and collaboration with external organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
PhD or DBA in a relevant marketing field, or a master's degree in marketing with strong industry experience.
Expertise in teaching and research in marketing, particularly in digital marketing and analytics.
Experience in a higher education environment with a track record of teaching and curriculum development.
Proven ability to publish in indexed journals, with at least 15 papers in Scopus over the last 5 years.
Experience in securing research grants of at least RM150,000.
Demonstrated ability to graduate at least 4 PhD students.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
