Candidates must have or be close to completing a PhD or DBA in a relevant marketing field, ideally with a record of publications indexed in Web of Science or Scopus, or have a master's degree in marketing with strong industry experience in research, digital marketing, and analytics.
Candidates should have experience working in a higher education environment with a track record of teaching, curriculum development, coaching, mentoring, and high-quality presentation skills.
Candidates preferably have an h-index of 6.
Candidates should have graduated at least 4 PhD students.
Candidates must have published at least 15 papers in Scopus over the last 5 years.
Candidates must have secured cumulative research grants of at least RM150,000.
Candidates must assist in establishing linkages with external organisations and professional bodies in academic related matters locally and internationally.
