
The Professor in Sustainability and Tourism / Consumer Behaviour is responsible for delivering high-quality education and conducting research in their field. This role significantly impacts the academic environment by fostering student engagement and contributing to the development of innovative curricula.
The Professor will engage in teaching, curriculum development, and scholarly activities within a collaborative academic environment. Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, conducting classes, and assessing student performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess a PhD from a recognised university in Tourism / Hospitality fields.
Have at least eight years of experience in teaching, research, or industry.
Maintain a strong publication record with at least 10 publications in C.I. journals (ISI, SCOPUS) in the last 5 years.
Have secured research grant(s) as a Principal Investigator worth RM150,000-RM200,000 cumulatively.
Graduated at least 3 PhD students.
Have a minimum h-index of 10.
Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials.
