Role Summary

The Project Executive is responsible for ensuring proper coordination of all variables in the assigned projects. This role involves working closely with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Description

In this role, the Project Executive will manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. The work environment is dynamic, requiring constant communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
  • Distribute project drawings and provide guidance on construction methods.
  • Ensure maintenance and repair works are executed with minimal downtime.
  • Attend to client needs and requests promptly.
  • Monitor site cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Review and assess maintenance department reports.
  • Perform night work as required to meet project deadlines.
