The Project Executive role involves coordinating various aspects of construction projects, including managing sub-contractors, suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery and quality workmanship. This position requires attention to client needs, site cleanliness, and may involve night shifts.
The Project Executive is responsible for ensuring proper coordination of all variables in the assigned projects. This role involves coordinating with and instructing sub-contractors and suppliers on timely delivery of materials and project handover with good workmanship, distributing drawings, advising on construction methods, and ensuring maintenance and repair works are executed efficiently with minimum downtime. The Project Executive also attends to client needs and requests, ensures site cleanliness, reviews and monitors maintenance department reports, and may be required to perform night work.
