The role also includes maintaining employee records, managing staff onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing HR documents and reports, coordinating training, handling daily office operations, and supporting management and departments with administrative tasks.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in HR or Admin is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of HR processes including attendance, leave, claims, and recruitment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
