The Project Manager role involves leading project implementation and overseeing site work progress to ensure successful completion. The position requires preparing and monitoring project schedules, coordinating with sub-contractors and suppliers, and managing project budgets and quality standards.
Job Requirements
Good knowledge in interior fit out project management and technical detailing.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Experience in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent is required.
Required skills include MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCad, and MS Project.
Proficiency in English is required.
At least 5 years of working experience in the Interiors Fit-Out/renovation industry or a related field is required for this position.
Candidate must have initiative, be responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
Applicants must be willing to travel when required.
Willingness to work long hours and weekends when required is necessary.
