Job Description
As a Purchasing Executive in Property Development, you will source and negotiate with vendors to secure the best value products and materials. Your responsibilities include preparing purchase orders, expediting deliveries, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will evaluate suppliers, coordinate transportation, and assist with administrative tasks related to operations. Additionally, you will handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned, working closely with various teams to manage multiple projects effectively.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields.
Proficient in English, Malay, and Chinese to communicate with suppliers.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related position or industry.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing practices including researching and evaluating vendors.
Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
