The Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive will pursue sales leads, attend to inquiries, and proactively source new prospects to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include supporting sales and marketing activities, preparing for project launches, coordinating sales transactions, and ensuring smooth handovers of properties. The role requires assisting in documentation and liaising with financiers and purchasers, as well as undertaking additional duties as assigned by management.
Possess a Diploma/Degree in business administration or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in sales and marketing strategies
Experience in property sales is an advantage
Willingness to work on weekends and attend events
