The Purchasing Executive is responsible for managing the full purchasing process to ensure efficient procurement of goods and services. This role plays a critical part in maintaining supplier relationships and optimizing inventory levels within the organization.

In this position, you will engage in daily activities that involve sourcing, negotiating, and managing purchase orders while collaborating with various departments. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full purchasing process from sourcing to delivery follow-up.
• Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate terms and obtain quotations to ensure best value for money.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material planning with relevant departments.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Finance for payment processing and assist in cost analysis.
