The role involves managing the full purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up. The position requires identifying, evaluating, and maintaining relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors, obtaining quotations, comparing prices, and ensuring the best value for money while maintaining quality standards. It also includes monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with relevant departments for material planning, preparing and maintaining purchasing records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating with Finance for payment processing, and assisting in cost analysis, supplier performance evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of sourcing and vendor management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, AutoCount, etc.).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
