This R&D Internship focuses on Raw Material Introduction, assisting in projects related to natural rubber materials and tire development. Responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, data analysis, and basic lab tasks like sample preparation. You will collaborate with the R&D team to interpret findings, prepare technical reports, and participate in cross-departmental initiatives to support ongoing research.
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in rubber, polymers, or tire technology and natural rubber processing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience or skill in Minitab is preferred.
Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Effective verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a research environment.
