The position involves greeting guests, job applicants, and visitors, maintaining cleanliness in the reception and pantry areas with light cleaning tasks, serving coffee, tea, and snacks to upper management, restocking office supplies, maintaining a simple inventory list, picking up deliveries, and assisting with light administrative duties as instructed. Interns are also welcome to apply. English proficiency is required due to communication with upper management.

Basic level English, Mandarin, Malay.
