As a Receptionist at Malaysia Rapid Transit Corporation, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional front-facing experience. Your responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing inquiries, coordinating appointments, maintaining a tidy reception area, handling access cards, and supporting office security procedures. You will also assist with administrative tasks as assigned, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification
CGPA of ≥ 3.00 or equivalent
Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service is an advantage
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
Effective communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Well-organised and customer-focused
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
