The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming and assisting guests with check-in and general inquiries, providing information and directions. The role includes coordinating guest flow, handling baggage check-in, managing transportation or boarding procedures, resolving guest issues, performing administrative tasks such as making reservations and selling tickets, maintaining the reception or public areas, and collaborating with other staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is often preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Strong ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with reservation systems, POS systems, or other hospitality software can be a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
