This internship role involves providing administrative support by updating employee records, maintaining databases, and filing HR documents. The intern will assist with recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and posting job advertisements. Additionally, they will support onboarding processes, employee relations, event coordination, and data management tasks related to HR metrics.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to HR initiatives.
