This internship in Human Resources involves managing employee records, assisting with hiring processes, and supporting new hires. The role provides an opportunity to learn about HR practices and contribute to workplace culture.
The intern will provide administrative support by updating employee records, maintaining databases, and filing HR documents. They will assist with recruitment tasks such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and posting job advertisements. The role includes helping organize onboarding processes, addressing employee inquiries, participating in event coordination, and managing HR data with report generation.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to HR initiatives.
