In this dynamic environment, the Recruitment Consultant at Hiredly X manages the entire recruitment process, while the Sales Consultant focuses on high-volume outbound sales to connect companies with Hiredly.com’s services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound sales activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth recruitment processes.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recruitment or relevant experience.

Strong sales mindset with determination to succeed.

Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Proven sales record (1–5 years) or fresh graduates eager to start a career in sales.
