Minimum 1 year of recruitment or relevant experience.
Strong sales mindset with determination to succeed.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proven sales record (1–5 years) or fresh graduates eager to start a career in sales.
