The role is for a full-time on-site 360 Recruitment Consultant at Hiredly X. The consultant will manage the entire recruitment cycle including business development, client servicing, and candidate management. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, placing talent, understanding client needs, implementing recruitment strategies, shortlisting candidates, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, providing post-interview feedback, managing job offers and salary negotiations, attending client meetings, and generating new client leads.
Job Requirements
Minimum of one year of experience in the recruitment industry or any relevant experience.
Strong sales mindset with a determination to succeed.
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
Team player with self-motivation and resilience.
Possess communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
