Job Description
As a full-time on-site 360 Recruitment Consultant at Hiredly X, you will engage in various recruitment activities daily, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Place talent in suitable positions based on client needs.
- Understand and analyze client requirements to tailor recruitment strategies.
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Provide post-interview feedback to candidates and clients.
- Manage job offers and facilitate salary negotiations.
- Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships and generate new leads.
Job Requirements
Minimum of one year of experience in the recruitment industry or any relevant experience.
Strong sales mindset with a determination to succeed.
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
Team player with self-motivation and resilience.
Possess communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
