
The Regional Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance is responsible for leading the execution of a supplier quality assurance program. This role ensures compliance and risk management across various markets, impacting supplier performance and market readiness.
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve conducting audits, validating technical documentation, and monitoring supplier performance. You will also coach junior team members and support supplier readiness for new market launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related fields.
Minimum 4 years in Supplier and Retail QA or Quality Compliance roles.
1-2 years in a leadership role preferred.
Experience in audit execution and incident management.
Fluent in English, Chinese, and Malay.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel.
