Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the R&D team, driving innovation and collaboration across various departments. Your focus will be on managing product development projects and ensuring that all products meet the required specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new product development initiatives from concept to market launch.
  • Manage technical troubleshooting and resolve product-related issues.
  • Supervise and mentor the R&D team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and quality assurance teams to align product goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Technology, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in product development, preferably in beverages or F&B.

Strong technical knowledge of food and beverage product development.

Project management and team leadership skills.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Knowledge of quality assurance and food safety regulations.
