Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Technology, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in R&D, NPD, or beverage formulation.
Technical understanding of coffee and beverage formulation.
Data-driven and structured approach to experimentation.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing.
Passion for continuous sensory improvement.
