Role Summary
The Regional Executive, R&D Product (Coffee) is responsible for supporting the end-to-end product development process from concept ideation to market-ready prototype. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring sensory consistency, operational feasibility, and cost-performance alignment across multiple markets.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in daily activities that involve technical testing, mass test support, and data validation. You will collaborate with various teams to bring innovative coffee products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the product development process from ideation to prototype.
- Conduct sensory evaluations to ensure product consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain and Marketing.
- Validate data and results from product testing.
- Analyze cost-performance metrics for product feasibility.
- Assist in the formulation of new beverage products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sensory attributes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Technology, or a related field.
