
The Regional Executive, R&D Product (Coffee) is responsible for supporting the end-to-end product development process from concept ideation to market-ready prototype. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring sensory consistency, operational feasibility, and cost-performance alignment across multiple markets.
In this position, you will engage in daily activities that involve technical testing, mass test support, and data validation. You will collaborate with various teams to bring innovative coffee products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Technology, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in R&D, NPD, or beverage formulation.
Technical understanding of coffee and beverage formulation.
Data-driven and structured approach to experimentation.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
