
The Regional Manager Facilities & Program is responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of facilities across multiple countries. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while enhancing operational efficiency and environmental impact.
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring they meet the required standards and are well-maintained. You will collaborate with various teams and service providers to implement preventive maintenance programs and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related fields.
At least 7-10 years of experience in facilities management.
Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
Proven track record in high-volume food service environments.
Excellent communication skills with senior management and vendors.
