The Marketing Project Management Officer (PMO) is responsible for overseeing the operational execution of strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves managing multi-regional marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high standards. The PMO coordinates with various regional business units and internal stakeholders to translate marketing strategies into actionable project plans and monitors progress to guarantee seamless execution. Key responsibilities include leading marketing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing marketing strategies, overseeing project execution, tracking performance metrics, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and providing leadership and guidance to marketing team members. The role also supports strategic goals by managing budgets and projects related to revenue and user growth, analyzing project performance, improving planning and execution, sharing project improvement ideas with management, presenting insights, and creating reports and data visualizations.
A diploma or a bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing communications, PR, design, graphic design, psychology, or advertising.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in F&B, retail, fashion, event management, or advertising handling project management, product launches, PR, or events.
Experience in project management, marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, growth, or a combination of these areas.
Understanding of the marketing landscape with the ability to identify future opportunities in marketing, tech, F&B, or growth.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with any additional language considered a bonus.
Excellent project management, presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen.
Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Understanding of different target audiences’ nuances from a geographical perspective.
