The Performance Marketer is responsible for driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention using data-driven strategies across various digital channels. The role involves balancing short-term sales objectives with long-term brand growth goals. The role includes planning and optimizing A/B tests and experiments for growth, managing the marketing funnel to increase conversions and retention, analyzing campaign data and customer journeys, leading paid media strategies including social media, search, display, and email marketing, developing KPIs, tracking ROI, and reporting on campaign effectiveness. The Performance Marketer collaborates with creative, content, and analytics teams, manages agency and partner relationships, and ensures brand consistency while trying new strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business.
5+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably F&B or retail.
Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills.
Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-changing markets.
Strong digital marketing and performance campaign expertise.
Leadership in managing cross-functional or external teams.
