
The Regional Manager, Product Marketer at ZUS Coffee is responsible for connecting product teams with customer needs by leading product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and marketing campaigns. This role involves conducting market research, developing messaging, and coordinating with multiple teams to enhance product awareness and adoption.
The Product Marketer role involves bridging product development and customer needs by driving positioning, go-to-market strategies, and campaigns to build awareness and adoption of ZUS Coffee's products. The position includes conducting market and competitor research, developing product positioning and messaging, building GTM strategies for launches and campaigns, partnering with product, R&D, and sales teams, executing awareness and adoption campaigns, developing campaign content and internal enablement materials, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and supporting brand storytelling and customer engagement efforts.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in consumer or F&B sectors.
7–10+ years of experience in product management with experience in regional or international roles.
Strong storytelling, empathy, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with strategic thinking ability.
Adaptability in a fast-moving market environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
