This role involves driving cross-functional collaboration, standardizing project management practices, and ensuring the realization of business value. The PMO Manager leads the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, defines project scope and objectives, builds master schedules, and maintains oversight at the program level.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification preferred.
5+ years in project/program management, preferably in F&B or retail.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with resilience under pressure.
Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
