
The Regional Senior Executive, Product Marketer role focuses on coffee products at ZUS Coffee. The position involves creating consumer-facing stories and managing go-to-market executions to support product awareness and sales performance throughout the product lifecycle.
The role involves translating product concepts into consumer-facing stories and go-to-market (GTM) executions to drive awareness, adoption, and sustained sales performance throughout ZUS Coffee's product lifecycle. The position serves as a bridge between R&D, Marketing, and Operations to ensure consistent brand alignment from lab to launch. Responsibilities include developing GTM and launch blueprints for Coffee Squad projects, translating product insights into marketing narratives, partnering with R&D and Operations to define key product attributes and campaign focus, leading flavor trend scans and market insights for innovation, creating product guides and internal decks, tracking launch KPIs to derive optimization recommendations, collaborating on creative content and packaging communication, and maintaining a product performance dashboard linking sensory quality to sales and customer feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
2–4 years of experience in Product Marketing or Brand Activation, preferably in F&B or FMCG sectors such as Skincare, hardware, or tech.
Strong storytelling and cross-functional communication skills.
Analytical mindset to connect marketing metrics to PSPD or revenue uplift.
Awareness of regional flavor trends, specifically ASEAN F&B insights.
Adaptability to balance quality narrative and commercial goals.
