
The Regional Senior Executive, Research & Development, Matcha Category is responsible for overseeing the complete product development process for Matcha beverages. This role plays a crucial part in analyzing market trends and consumer preferences to ensure product scalability and quality.
In this role, you will engage in the day-to-day activities of product development, collaborating with various teams to bring innovative Matcha beverages from concept to market. You will conduct product trials and ensure that all documentation is prepared for successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in beverage R&D/product development.
Experience with Matcha beverage formulation.
Strong understanding of ingredient sourcing and supplier evaluation.
Proficient in sensory evaluation and structured tasting methods.
