Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the daily tasks of developing innovative beverage concepts while collaborating with various teams to ensure product feasibility and compliance. You will conduct market research and sensory evaluations to identify opportunities for new products and enhance existing beverage menus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ideation and development of new beverage concepts.
- Conduct market research and consumer surveys to identify trends.
- Experiment with ingredients and techniques to innovate beverage offerings.
- Maintain product standard operating procedures (SOPs) and document intellectual property.
- Optimize product lifecycle through growth and maintenance phases.
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure quality standards.

Job Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food or beverage product development.
