Job Description
The Senior Executive, Supply Chain & Sourcing (Food Squad) is responsible for ensuring the efficient sourcing, production, and scaling of food products across regions. This role involves identifying suitable suppliers, managing costs and lead times, ensuring quality compliance, and coordinating supply readiness ahead of product launches while working closely with Category Owners, Operations, and QA teams.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Food Science, Business, or related field.
22 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations, preferably in F&B, QSR, or FMCG sectors.
Strong negotiation, supplier management, and project coordination skills.
Understanding of food sourcing, ingredient specifications, and shelf-life considerations.
Analytical mindset with attention to cost, quality, and operational details.
Proficiency in Excel and data tracking tools.
ERP system experience is a plus.
