Role Summary
The Regional Senior Executive, Supply Chain & Sourcing (Food) is responsible for ensuring the efficient sourcing, production, and scaling of food products across regions. This role plays a critical part in managing supplier relationships and coordinating supply readiness for product launches in collaboration with various teams.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve sourcing and managing food products while ensuring quality and compliance. You will work closely with Category Owners, Operations, and QA teams to streamline processes and enhance product availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable suppliers to meet sourcing needs.
- Manage costs and lead times effectively.
- Ensure quality compliance of food products.
- Coordinate supply readiness ahead of product launches.
- Collaborate with Category Owners to align sourcing strategies.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues.
- Analyze market trends to optimize sourcing decisions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Food Science, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations, preferably in F&B, QSR, or FMCG sectors.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Understanding of food sourcing and ingredient specifications.
Proficiency in Excel and data tracking tools.
ERP system experience is a plus.
