Role Summary
The Regional Senior Executive, Supply Chain – Supplier (Coffee) is responsible for ensuring cost-effective, reliable, and quality-assured sourcing of ingredients and machinery. This role acts as a vital link between vendor networks, supply operations, and category planning to optimize the supply chain from supplier to store across various regions.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve sourcing and managing suppliers while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will work in a dynamic environment that supports research and development, product rollout, and market scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and manage suppliers for coffee, dairy, flavoring, and machinery categories.
- Negotiate pricing and lead times with vendors.
- Coordinate readiness for mass tests, pilot launches, and rollouts.
- Maintain cost tracker sheets for effective monitoring.
- Liaise with local and regional supply chain teams to ensure alignment.
- Conduct supply audits to ensure compliance and quality.
- Support risk mitigation by identifying alternative vendors and formulations.
- Collaborate with R&D and Finance on evaluating cost of goods sold and cost-saving opportunities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in F&B, and more preferably in a coffee-related industry.
Experience in negotiation and vendor management.
Knowledge of cupping and taste sensory evaluation.
Analytical and detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
Understanding of F&B supply chain, especially in beverages.
Experience in cross-functional coordination under project timelines.
