The role ensures cost-effective, reliable, and quality-assured sourcing of ingredients and machinery to support Coffee Squad research and development, product rollout, and market scalability across regions. It acts as a link between vendor networks, supply operations, and category planning to optimize the end-to-end flow from supplier to store. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing suppliers for coffee, dairy, flavoring, and machine categories; negotiating pricing and lead times; coordinating readiness for mass tests, pilot launches, and rollouts; maintaining cost tracker sheets; liaising with local and regional supply chain teams; conducting supply audits; supporting risk mitigation by identifying alternative vendors and formulations; and collaborating with R&D and Finance on evaluating cost of goods sold and cost-saving opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in F&B, and more preferably in a coffee-related industry.
Experience in negotiation and vendor management.
Knowledge of cupping and taste sensory evaluation.
Analytical and detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
Understanding of F&B supply chain, especially in beverages.
Experience in cross-functional coordination under project timelines.
