Regional Senior Executive, Supply Chain – ZUS COFFEE

The role involves sourcing ingredients and machinery for coffee products while negotiating with suppliers and ensuring quality and cost-efficiency. It supports research and development, product rollouts, and market scalability by managing supplier relationships and coordinating supply chain activities.

The role ensures cost-effective, reliable, and quality-assured sourcing of ingredients and machinery to support Coffee Squad research and development, product rollout, and market scalability across regions. It acts as a link between vendor networks, supply operations, and category planning to optimize the end-to-end flow from supplier to store. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing suppliers for coffee, dairy, flavoring, and machine categories; negotiating pricing and lead times; coordinating readiness for mass tests, pilot launches, and rollouts; maintaining cost tracker sheets; liaising with local and regional supply chain teams; conducting supply audits; supporting risk mitigation by identifying alternative vendors and formulations; and collaborating with R&D and Finance on evaluating cost of goods sold and cost-saving opportunities.
