Regional Senior Executive, Supply Chain – Supplier (Coffee) at ZUS Coffee - Selangor

The Regional Senior Executive, Supply Chain – Supplier (Coffee) is responsible for ensuring cost-effective, reliable, and quality-assured sourcing of ingredients and machinery. This role acts as a vital link between vendor networks, supply operations, and category planning to optimize the supply chain from supplier to store across various regions.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve sourcing and managing suppliers while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will work in a dynamic environment that supports research and development, product rollout, and market scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage suppliers for coffee, dairy, flavoring, and machinery categories.
• Negotiate pricing and lead times with vendors.
• Coordinate readiness for mass tests, pilot launches, and rollouts.
• Maintain cost tracker sheets for effective monitoring.
• Liaise with local and regional supply chain teams to ensure alignment.
• Conduct supply audits to ensure compliance and quality.
• Support risk mitigation by identifying alternative vendors and formulations.
• Collaborate with R&D and Finance on evaluating cost of goods sold and cost-saving opportunities.
