Job Description
In this role, you will manage the delivery health of multiple squads, facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching teams to enhance their performance. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify risks and manage dependencies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery health of assigned squads.
- Define and track delivery metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
- Enforce definitions of ready and done for sprint planning.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact delivery.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Coach teams to improve their agile practices and performance.
- Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead roles.
Agile certifications (e.g., PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP) preferred.
Proven track record of transforming teams into high-performing units.
Strong experience in fast-paced environments.
Hands-on experience with cross-team dependencies.
Deep understanding of agile metrics and system-level optimization.
Experience in Retail or F&B is a plus.
