Regional Specialist, Food Development – ZUS COFFEE

This role is for a Regional Specialist in Food Development focused on coordinating the rollout of food products across a region. The position acts as a liaison between product development and market execution teams to ensure operational readiness, execution support, and post-launch performance reporting.

The role involves coordinating the seamless and high-quality rollout of food products across a region by managing cross-functional readiness, supporting frontline execution, and driving structured post-launch performance reporting. It serves as a key link between product development and in-market execution teams, focusing on consistency, operational feasibility, and continuous improvements. The primary responsibilities include managing all pre-launch operational readiness activities, ensuring timely deployment of launch materials, acting as a liaison for launches, tracking execution status across markets, supporting operationally viable execution plans, and ensuring that food launches meet cost, quality, and customer experience standards. Secondary responsibilities include consolidating launch performance data, monitoring and documenting issues, supporting post-launch reviews, maintaining standardized templates for launch documentation, and identifying best practices for future application.
