Role Summary
The Regional Specialist, Food Development is responsible for coordinating the seamless and high-quality rollout of food products across a region. This role serves as a key link between product development and in-market execution teams, focusing on consistency, operational feasibility, and continuous improvements.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage the pre-launch operational readiness activities and ensure timely deployment of launch materials. You will act as a liaison for launches, track execution status across markets, and support operationally viable execution plans.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, Hospitality or related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in product launch coordination, QSR, F&B operations or category support roles.
Exposure to food or beverage rollouts at a regional or multi-market level.
Understanding of food service operations.
Familiarity with go-to-market processes, launch playbooks and executional checklists.
Strong working knowledge on Excel, PowerPoint and basic reporting tools.
Basic understanding of cost of sales, portioning and food preparation standards.
