Role Summary
The Relationship Manager - Fulfilled by Shopee is responsible for onboarding sellers to the Fulfilled by Shopee program. This role involves managing seller relationships and enhancing fulfillment operations through performance analysis and strategic development.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with sellers daily, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the Fulfilled by Shopee program. You will collaborate with various internal teams to optimize seller performance and address any inquiries they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard sellers to the Fulfilled by Shopee program.
- Manage and nurture seller relationships.
- Analyze seller performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance seller fulfillment operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.
- Address seller inquiries and provide timely support.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Team player with a drive to exceed KPIs.
Experience in e-commerce or account management is a plus.
Fluency in English and other languages is advantageous.
