The Reliability Engineer for Asia Pacific (China) at ExxonMobil will provide strategic, technical, and cross-functional leadership in reliability engineering, maintenance optimization, and asset management throughout the lifecycle of projects and assets. The role supports technology development to enhance the reliability and performance of lubricants assets in the China market while collaborating with experts globally to implement cutting-edge reliability solutions and develop junior engineers.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in refinery, petrochemical, or upstream oil and gas facilities.
Ability to analyze large engineering data sets using analytical tools and concepts to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Experience or knowledge in maintenance and execution systems, including familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems such as SAP.
Experience supporting major turnarounds or shutdowns is highly valued.
Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
