
The Remote Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing creator discovery, sourcing, and pipeline management. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where collaboration and effective communication are key to managing multiple projects and timelines.
As a Remote Project Coordinator, you will engage in daily tasks that involve coordinating with creators and managing project timelines in a fast-paced setting. You will work independently while being part of a collaborative team that values accountability and organization. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate creator discovery and sourcing for various campaigns. - Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met. - Collaborate with team members to streamline operations. - Identify and evaluate potential creators/influencers for campaigns. - Maintain organized records of project progress and creator interactions. - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external creators. - Utilize Google Workspace and other tools to enhance project management.
Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, creator operations, or related roles.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.
Familiarity with Google Workspace; experience with Monday.com or Salesforce is a plus.
