Job Description
In this role, you will engage in planning and conducting research, proposing experiments, and analyzing data to enhance product and process understanding. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on innovation and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and propose innovative research projects.
- Manage and oversee research activities related to new products and processes.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to derive insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and market standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development.
- Present research findings to stakeholders.
- Develop strategies for commercial feasibility of new products.
Job Requirements
Ph.D in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science, Polymer Engineering, Material Engineering, Applied Chemistry, or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience in leading innovative research.
Proven track record of at least 1 successful project commercialized.
