Job Description
The Reservations Associate will join a centralized Sales & Reservations team, engaging with clients daily to assist them in finding suitable homes and guiding them through the booking process. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries from guests and corporate clients.
- Assist clients in finding suitable homes based on their needs.
- Guide clients through the booking process to ensure a smooth experience.
- Convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the interaction.

Job Requirements
1–3 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, reservations, inbound sales, or any client-facing role.
Excellent communication skills in Business English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
Strong consultative communication style with active listening skills.
Comfortable with technology and experienced in using CRMs or reservation systems.
Highly organized and adaptable to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
