
The Reservations Associate is responsible for supporting fast-growing operations by handling inbound inquiries from guests and corporate clients. This role is crucial in converting incoming leads into confirmed bookings while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
The Reservations Associate will join a centralized Sales & Reservations team, engaging with clients daily to assist them in finding suitable homes and guiding them through the booking process. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1–3 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, reservations, inbound sales, or any client-facing role.
Excellent communication skills in Business English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
Strong consultative communication style with active listening skills.
Comfortable with technology and experienced in using CRMs or reservation systems.
Highly organized and adaptable to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
