The Reservations Associate at Blueground is responsible for assisting guests and corporate clients in finding suitable homes and guiding them through the booking process. The role focuses on converting inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining a high level of customer service within a centralized Sales & Reservations team.
The Reservations Associate will join a centralized Sales & Reservations team to support fast-growing operations by handling inbound inquiries from guests and corporate clients. The role involves assisting clients in finding suitable homes and guiding them through the booking process, focusing on converting incoming leads into confirmed bookings while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
1–3 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, reservations, inbound sales, or any client-facing role.
A strong consultative communication style with active listening skills to understand guest needs and address objections.
Excellent communication skills in Business English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
A customer-first mindset capable of balancing service quality with commercial goals.
Comfortable with technology and experienced in using CRMs or reservation systems, Zendesk experience is advantageous.
Highly organized and adaptable to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven, coachable, eager to grow, with a positive attitude and strong ownership sense.
