Job Description

The Internship Human Resources Associate (Hospitality) role involves assisting with various HR tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency of the hospitality team. Interns will gain practical experience in HR operations while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll preparation and processing.
  • Maintain and update HR records and documentation.
  • Manage office equipment and supplies.
  • Track attendance and leave records for employees.
  • Support recruitment efforts by screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Participate in onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes.

Job Requirements

Students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar fields.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets.

Eager to learn and proactive in taking initiative.

Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of three months.

Based in Klang Valley and able to work on-site at KLCC office.
