The Internship Human Resources Associate (Hospitality) role supports the daily people operations of a growing hospitality team at Blueground. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR functions such as payroll preparation, maintaining HR records, managing office equipment, attendance and leave records, assisting with recruitment, and general HR administrative duties in a fast-moving startup environment. This position is suitable for students or recent graduates from Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields seeking practical experience in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, and HR documentation. Training and guidance will be provided throughout the internship.
Students or fresh graduates in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar fields.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets.
Eager to learn and proactive in taking initiative.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with growing responsibilities.
Able to commit to a full-time internship, with a minimum of three months preferred.
Based in Klang Valley and able to work on-site at KLCC office.
Maintains high professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
