
The Internship Operations Administrator (Hospitality) is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of serviced apartments. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in hospitality operations, focusing on procurement and inventory management.
In this role, you will assist in the daily operations of serviced apartments, ensuring smooth procurement processes and effective inventory management. You will work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, collaborating with various vendors and team members to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Students or fresh graduates in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar fields.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Basic communication and negotiation skills especially with suppliers.
Comfortable working on a laptop and mobile applications such as Shopee, Lazada, and WhatsApp.
Able to commit to a full-time internship, preferably at least 3 months.
Based in Klang Valley and able to work on-site at the KLCC office.
