Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with developers, landlords, and real estate partners.

- Conduct field inspections of properties.

Job Requirements
1-3 years experience in real estate, business development, or sales, ideally with experience in property leasing or management.
Strong analytic skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with negotiation and deal-making.
Self-starter with the ability to manage fieldwork and office tasks.
Entrepreneurial drive and adaptability.
Willingness to travel around KL / Klang Valley for site visits.
