The position requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth onboarding of units and ongoing management of partnerships to support growth and compliance.
Job Requirements
1-3 years experience in real estate, business development, or sales ideally with experience in property leasing or management.
Comfortable with negotiation, deal-making, and building partnerships from scratch.
Strong analytic skills, a strategic mindset, and attention to detail when assessing contracts and property quality.
Self-starter who can manage both fieldwork (inspections) and office tasks.
Entrepreneurial drive, adaptability, and focus on results.
Willingness to travel around KL / Klang Valley for site visits.
