The Reservoir Engineer at ExxonMobil will provide technical support and expertise in reservoir engineering for oil and gas development projects and production operations. The role involves working with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal asset development and operations, leveraging skills in reservoir description, development planning, opportunity generation, and production optimization. The engineer will also provide reservoir management and simulation support, including planning field development and well programs, mitigating reservoir risks, improving reservoir description through analysis and interpretation, conducting production forecasts and reserves assessments, and developing or leveraging new reservoir engineering technologies.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - preferably Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical, with 3-10 years of experience in Reservoir Engineering.
Competency in reservoir simulation using Eclipse/INTERSECT, capable of model building, history matching, and forecasting with well/field management.
Experience in analytical performance prediction, depletion planning, reserves assessment, reservoir surveillance and optimization, and volumes forecasting.
Self-motivated and focused on achieving business results through a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated teamwork and effective communication skills.
