The Residences Concierge Lead at The Ritz-Carlton is responsible for ensuring safety, security, and hospitality for Residence owners. This role involves managing requests, coordinating with departments, and providing service in a luxury residential setting while maintaining company standards.
The Residences Concierge Lead is responsible for maintaining the highest level of safety, security, and hospitality to Residence owners. This role involves scheduling, supervising, and reinforcing job-specific protocols as outlined in the Ritz-Carlton Standard Operating Procedure Manual. The lead responds to Residence owners' requests for information and services, coordinates with various departments to address concerns, and assists with reservation and service arrangements. Additionally, the position includes mentoring employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, promoting service excellence, and performing lobby ambassador duties.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience required.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, Malay, and Chinese.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during a work shift.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Must be a Malaysian Citizen.
