Role Summary

The Residences Concierge Lead is responsible for maintaining the highest level of safety, security, and hospitality to Residence owners. This role involves coordinating with various departments to address concerns and ensuring service excellence in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, respond to Residence owners' requests, and mentor employees to uphold the Ritz-Carlton standards. You will work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless experience for Residence owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and supervise daily concierge operations.
  • Respond to Residence owners' inquiries and service requests.
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve concerns effectively.
  • Assist with reservation and service arrangements.
  • Mentor and train employees on service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform lobby ambassador duties to enhance guest experience.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 1 year of related work experience.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, Malay, and Chinese.

Must be a Malaysian Citizen.
