Responsibilities include managing staff scheduling, training, performance, maintaining food quality, hygiene, customer satisfaction, handling stock control, purchasing, cost management, coordinating with kitchen and service teams to solve operational issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and food safety regulations, and monitoring restaurant performance to suggest improvements.
Minimum 2 3 years of experience in F&B or restaurant management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Passionate about food, hospitality, and delivering excellent service.
Experience in hotpot or Chinese cuisine restaurants will be an added advantage.
