Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the organization and coordination of check-in and pre-registration procedures for arriving guests, ensuring that all requests are met efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining communication between staff and guests while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign rooms based on guest requests and preferences.
  • Pre-register designated guests and prepare key packets.
  • Organize and coordinate check-in and pre-registration procedures for arriving groups.

Job Requirements
