The Rostering Planner for Crew Resources engages in daily tasks that involve planning and maintaining crew rosters in accordance with regulatory and company requirements. The role requires proactive management of resources to ensure crew coverage meets commercial airline needs.
Key Responsibilities:
2-5 years of experience in Roster Planning/Advance Crewing.
AIMS or Aviation Crew Resources Systems experience is an added advantage.
Proficient in verbal and written English.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Flexible in handling ad hoc requirements.
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace is an added advantage.
Willingness to work on shifts.
