The Rostering Planner for Crew Resources is responsible for creating compliant crew rosters and ensuring on-time publication to crew members during the planning stage. The role involves planning and maintaining rosters in accordance with regulatory and company requirements for each Air Operator Certificate (AOC), ensuring crew coverage meets commercial airline requirements, and managing resources transparently while addressing resourcing constraints proactively.
2-5 Years experience in Roster Planning/ Advance Crewing.
AIMS or Aviation Crew Resources Systems experience is an added advantage.
Possess good proficiency in verbal and written English.
Capable of working in a team environment and flexible in handling ad hoc requirements.
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace is an added advantage.
Able to work on shift.
