Role Summary
The Run Concierge is responsible for encouraging and scheduling guests to participate in recreation activities. This role plays a vital part in creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests while ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage with guests daily, providing them with information about recreational activities and facilities. You will also oversee safety protocols and maintain recreational equipment to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage and recruit guests to participate in recreational activities.
- Register and schedule guests for various activities.
- Provide information about available recreation facilities and safety rules.
- Observe activities for safety concerns and address any issues.
- Maintain and manage recreational equipment effectively.
- Process payments for recreational services.
- Support guests according to company standards and policies.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
CPR Certification is required.
First Aid Certification is required.
Certification or training required by local and state agencies related to recreation equipment.
Ability to assist guests with disabilities and maintain positive working relationships with team members.
