
The Run Concierge is responsible for encouraging and scheduling guests to participate in recreation activities. This role plays a vital part in creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests while ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
In this position, you will engage with guests daily, providing them with information about recreational activities and facilities. You will also oversee safety protocols and maintain recreational equipment to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
CPR Certification is required.
First Aid Certification is required.
Certification or training required by local and state agencies related to recreation equipment.
Ability to assist guests with disabilities and maintain positive working relationships with team members.
