As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for closing sales and reporting progress to meet targets. You will build rapport with prospects, maintain a database of potential customers, and coordinate with the project team to ensure unsold units are in good condition. Additionally, you will process legal fee claims and conduct market surveys to assist management in understanding market trends.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related disciplines
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
Basic knowledge in building/property specifications
Background in Loans/Mortgages is welcome
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Prospect Management System (PMS)
