Job Description
As a Sales Consultant, you will engage with potential customers daily, maintaining a database and ensuring effective communication with the project team. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and understanding market trends through surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales and achieve targets.
- Build rapport with prospects and maintain customer database.
- Coordinate with project team to ensure unsold units are in good condition.
- Process legal fee claims efficiently.
- Conduct market surveys to assist management in understanding market trends.
- Report sales progress and challenges to management.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related disciplines.
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience.
Basic knowledge in building/property specifications.
Background in Loans/Mortgages is welcome.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Prospect Management System (PMS).
