The Sales Coordinator promotes brand image awareness both internally and externally. This role involves developing marketing materials, assembling information packages for promotional events, property tours, and conferences, as well as preparing and editing various correspondence and reports using office software. The coordinator also manages updates to the property website, responds to media inquiries, monitors media coverage and external factors, and supports media relations outreach to enhance the property's community reputation and image. Additional duties include coordinating media visits, maintaining press databases, adhering to company policies, ensuring professional appearance, respecting confidentiality, providing excellent guest service, communicating clearly, fostering positive working relationships, and performing physical tasks as needed.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience required.
Ability to follow company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
Capability to communicate clearly and professionally in both spoken and written form.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
