The Sales Coordinator performs general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing team, including filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying. They prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders, promote brand awareness, assemble information packages, and use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. The role involves data entry and verification related to the sales process, answering guest questions about property facilities and services, and serving as a point of contact for clients via phone and email. Additionally, this position requires adherence to company policies, maintaining professionalism, welcoming guests, and supporting team goals.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 1 year of related work experience.

No supervisory experience required.

Ability to follow company policies and maintain professional appearance.

Strong communication skills to interact with guests, clients, and team members.

Ability to perform general office duties such as filing and document preparation.

Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
