The role involves data entry and verification related to the sales process, answering guest questions about property facilities and services, and serving as a point of contact for clients via phone and email. Additionally, this position requires adherence to company policies, maintaining professionalism, welcoming guests, and supporting team goals.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience required.
Ability to follow company policies and maintain professional appearance.
Strong communication skills to interact with guests, clients, and team members.
Ability to perform general office duties such as filing and document preparation.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Capability to use sales techniques that maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty.
