Your role will involve liaising with various departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service principles
