
The Sales Executive (NE) is responsible for managing customer inquiries and lead requests for locally driven groups. This role plays a crucial part in maximizing revenues through effective collaboration with various sales channels and on-property teams.
In this role, the Sales Executive (NE) engages with customers daily to align their preferences and identify business opportunities. The position requires a proactive approach to ensure quality service delivery and achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area, or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Experience in group sales is preferred.
Strong knowledge of resort amenities and destination selling.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and lead requests within defined sales parameters.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
