In this role, the Sales Executive (NE) engages with customers daily to align their preferences and identify business opportunities. The position requires a proactive approach to ensure quality service delivery and achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and lead requests within defined sales parameters.
  • Collaborate with sales channels and on-property teams to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Actively up-sell business opportunities to maximize revenues.
  • Ensure timely and proper turnover for quality service delivery.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of resort amenities and destination selling.
  • Analyze market conditions, competitors, and economic trends.
  • Process business correspondence and create contracts.
  • Drive customer loyalty through excellent service.
  • Build effective communication and relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area, or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Experience in group sales is preferred.

Strong knowledge of resort amenities and destination selling.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and lead requests within defined sales parameters.

Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
